How do I get Member / Preferred Customer pricing?

The retail option is for those that want to try the product without setting up an account.  If you want the best pricing, however,  we recommend you become a Member by creating a Preferred Customer account.  It’s free.  And it gives you the opportunity to earn free products through our Autoship Loyalty Rewards Program and to earn free products by referring friends.

To keep your Member / Preferred Customer account active, you just need to place an order once every 6 months.

Another option is to become an Affiliate.  The product prices for Preferred Customers and Affiliates are the same.  But an Affiliate account allows you to earn commission for referring customers and allows you to actively build a Work From Home (WFH) business.  Take our FREE TOUR to learn about our Affiliate Program.

How do I access my account or track my order?

Just go to the HempWorx website and click on Login in the upper right corner.

How do I modify or cancel my autoship order?

Log into your account.  On the left menu bar, find My Account, then click on Autoship.  Make the necessary adjustments to your order and be sure to save changes.

Autoship orders need to be modified or set up at least 48 hrs in advance, which allows the automated system to process the autoships for all of the countries and time zones we service.

What is the HempWorx Affiliate Program?

How do I get the Buy 3 Get 1 Free option?

With a HempWorx Directors Pack, you will be able to save $77 by ordering 4 products.  We like to call this our Buy 3 Get 1 Free pricing.  (In some cases, if you are already planning to purchase 2 products, you look into the Directors Pack options and see if that might be a better value for you.

With the HempWorx Executive Pack, you will save $229 by ordering 12 products.

When you set up your Autoship, we reward you with our Loyalty Rewards Program. Initially, you will earn 10% back in Loyalty Reward Dollars and over time, as you continue staying on a monthly autoshipment, you will be able to earn as much as 30% back in Loyalty Reward Dollars.
